Fragrant and delicious – join Bahija as she shares her love, and passion for food from Marrocco. At these cooking demonstrations will share her recipes for delicious traditional dishes. Dishes will include Shakshouka, Moroccan Harira Soup and Fish Tajine with Sharmoula and potatoes. These demo style sessions will be a chance to connect and hear stories as well as learn how to make this delicious food. The sessions will conclude with a shared meal each evening of the food prepared in class. Please ensure you let us know of any food allergies a minimum of 1week ahead of the course date, by emailing admin@cwea.org.nz
