Join Kazuko for this fun up-cycling session where you will turn old t-shirts into fun, useful and colourful baskets and pot covers. First she will help participants to turn the t-shirts into yarn before using simple techniques to crochet them together into baskets of varying shapes and sizes. Kazuko is an accomplished knitter and crocheter who loves making new things from old, saving money and resources. This class is suitable for adults and curious kids from 8 years and up but younger ones may need active help from a parent or caregiver. Please note all children must be accompanied by an adult. T-shirts will be provided but if you have particular ones or colours that you wish to use do feel free to bring your own along. Please note there are two dates for this course.
