Step up from the Beginner yoga session, it's good to attend the beginner yoga session to learn the basic poses and where you are at in your body. If you have attended yoga before recently and/or have a good walking strength and feel comfortable with trying various poses this would be a great class to attend as well as an opportunity for regular students to extend their yoga practice but remembering that the aim in CWEA yoga is that we work to our own body ability & personal safety. Please bring a yoga mat, a strap, two large towels and wear comfortable clothing. If you are keen to explore meditation alongside your yoga practice talk to Jennifer.
