Description

This course will cover not just how to make the most of Tofu and Miso but the more includes, how to cook like a Japanese cook. How to keep the food longer, how to make the cooking easier, how to use Japanese condiments. All the small background things which help make the cooking easier and more fun. And these courses are fun. Please note that the price includes the cost of the ingredients and you will get to try them as part of the experience as well as take some home for tea!
