This course is both a sequel and separate to the Part 1 course - we will be looking at around a dozen female philosophers, most of which were on the frontier of a range of disciplines that developed during the 20th century. We will consider a range of European and American women who helped shape modern thought... alongside a few New Zealand contemporaries!
