Join our wonderful and highly experienced teacher, Geraldine Parkes, for this Tai Chi, Qigong and Hara Body Alignment class. Tai Chi is a beautiful form of exercise developed in ancient China, which is centred around maintaining health and wellbeing. Benefits of practising include improved flexibility, balance, centre of gravity, mental agility and co-ordination, deep relaxation and a calm and focused mind. Master Loo-Chi Hu was Geraldine’s master here in Christchurch and she has been teaching for over 30 years. This is also a falls prevention programme and is suitable for all levels of fitness.
