If your new year plans include tuning in and slowing down then we invite you to join Jen for a wonderful introduction to the world of meditation. We will begin with a shared circle and some basic breathing awareness sequences, following on with a themed meditation each week. Throughout the course we will explore different styles of meditation. These will be seated either in a chair or on the floor. The session will include a short pause for a cup of herbal tea and connecting in. Jennifer was inspired by a trip to India with her hubby in 2000. Since then she has practiced various yoga styles & meditation methods. She is now a fully qualified community yoga and meditation teacher. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, a blanket or towel for warmth and wear comfortable clothing.
