Join this Hatha yoga practice designed for those who have attended some yoga before and/or who have good walking strength and feel comfortable with trying various poses. It is also an opportunity for regular students to extend their yoga practice.
The aim in CWEA yoga is always that we work to our own body’s ability, being mindful of our personal safety. Please bring a yoga mat, a strap, two large towels and wear comfortable clothing. If you are keen to explore meditation alongside your yoga practice talk to Jennifer.
