Join Anthea from Remix Plastic in a creative workshop to learn the art of carving stamps from old erasers. Repurpose materials to create something new, personal and unique!
Feel free to bring along ideas of what you would like to create. Each person will have materials and tools to carve two erasers; one for practice and one for their final design, along with inks and paper to make cards and gifts at the end. Do feel free to bring along more of your own – be warned it’s addictive!
Anthea has run Remix Plastic since 2018 and educates and empowers individuals to make sustainable changes in their lives. She does this through recycled plastic accessories that work as conversation starters and provides resources and workshops for the community, educating and connecting people with local solutions to climate change. During the workshop there will be a chance to chat about solutions and hear more about the work of Remix plastic. Suitable for older kids aged 12 and up (sharp cutting tools are used).
