TAI CHI, QIGONG AND HARA BODY ALIGNMENT

Description

Join our wonderful and highly experienced teacher, Geraldine Parkes, for this Tai Chi, Qigong and Hara Body Alignment class.  Tai Chi is a beautiful form of exercise developed in ancient China. It is centred around maintaining health and wellbeing. Benefits of practising include:

  • balance
  • centre of gravity
  • mental agility and co-ordination
  • deep relaxation
  • and a calm and focused mind.

Master Loo-Chi Hu was Geraldine’s master here in Christchurch and she has been teaching for over 30 years. This is also a falls prevention programme and is suitable for all levels of fitness.
