Step up from the Beginner yoga session, now that you have learned the basic poses and how to read" where you are at in your body". Well suited to regular yoga students keen to extend their yoga practice beyond beginners' stage.

Alternatively, if you have attended yoga before recently, have good walking strength and feel comfortable trying various poses this class will work for you. 

Remember that CWEA yoga is designed to work within your own body's ability, comfort level & personal safety.
