Blaire Rosie-Forrester is a self-taught ‘pastelist’ specialising in pastel pencils and pet portraits. In this short course she will take you through some simple exercises and techniques developing skills that you can take away to use on your own drawing. Pastel is a wonderful medium. Versatile and vibrant, pastel pencils give you the control for detailed realism but all of the benefits of soft pastels. Suitable for beginners through to advanced. Children aged 10+ are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Paper and some pastel pencils will be provided but if you have your own set please feel free to bring them along.
